A: If you have found a typographical error feel free to email me this error and I will change it. I do use spell check and have someone look over the pages for grammar, but I'm a human being. I make mistakes, sorry.

Q: How do you build web pages?
A: I build XHTML 1.0 strict websites with compliant CSS built with div layers. What does this mean in plain English?

I built a clean site that will be viewable in all web browsers equally including page readers for the sight-disabled. I feel it's extremely important that every individual can have the same chance to understand the materials on my sites. I also feel that while technologies such as flash are a excellent medium, they don't provide equal viewing capabilities to all of their viewers.

Q: Designer XYZ has all of these flash elements, graphics, and other flashy features. Do you do these features? If so why don't you use them in your portfolio?
A: I build sites in a specific style to meet a specific need of cross-browser compatibility. I do have experience in flash but I choose not to use it. If you want a site made of pure flash, hire a flash designer.

Q: What features are found in this site that display your skills?
A: All pages on this portfolio are hand coded via Kate on a Kubuntu 7.04 machine. Many of the pages are parsed XML files which allow faster updates. I've utilized a PHP shorthand to help me add to this site quickly while still hand coding. If you wish to see any of the code for this page, feel free to contact me and submit a request.
